(yanderes, basically.)<br /><br />- curse doesn't activate until she's 18 so she lives a happy and carefree childhood until then, growing up in a loving household and doted on by parents as their only child.<br />- of course when she turns 18 she ends up living alone with her uncle for a while due to an incident back home (the first instance of her curse activating), moving into a new town for the year.<br />- typical high school drama shenanigans + reverse harem shenanigans until shit gets fucky with the curse finally revealing herself.<br /><br />- the guys fighting over her? decide they'll just share her and fake her running away, keeping her hidden in an old bomb shelter they found in the woods. essentially kept as their shared 'love partner' for over a year.<br />- manages to escape at long last but has to run away to get away from the wealthy influence and power those guys' families have over the town.<br />- ends up marrying twice in desperation to have protection/aid from much, much older men. who turn out terrible even before the curse activates and reveals their true colours. (one a controlling cop and the other a serial killer(?!?!) which really takes the cake.) ends up escaping both times too but casualties are involved these times around.<br />- keeps seeking shelter but it n e v e r lasts for long, one reason or another, but mostly because the curse starts wrecking her life.<br />- individuals from the midnight carnival discovered her and her status when they were visiting the town she was then hiding in, having heard reports of a woman managing to cause fights.<br />- is granted sanctuary when someone senses the curse on her. given a charm that absorbs the magic (though it must be cleansed regularly to function) and also a job as assistant aide to crew and staff.<br />- trying to build a life for herself now (25) again, trying to figure out who cursed her and, if possible, it can be broken.<br /><br /><img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=agowilt&ditemid=556" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/> comments
